Apps

Abra Desktop shows all registered apps you have access to within the selected team.

Register app

Only Organisation Administrators can register new apps.

1. Open Abra Desktop.
2. Select your Organisation in the sidebar.
3. Select your Team in the sidebar.
4. Select the App dropdown in the sidebar.
5. Press the Create app button at the bottom of the dropdown.
6. Wait a moment while Abra Desktop retrieves the installed apps on your device...
   tip

   You can register apps that are not installed on your device by using Abra Dashboard.

7. Select the app that you would like to register.
8. Press the Create app button to register the app.

App not listed?

If your app is listed, please try the solutions below.

App not listed in sidebar

If your app is not listed in the sidebar, please double check with your Organisation Administrator if you have access to the app.

If you have confirmed that you should have access, but the app is still not showing, please create a support ticket.

App not listed for device

If your app it not listed when trying to register a new app, please double check if the app is installed on your device.

Android

1. Unlock your Android device.
2. Open the Settings app.
3. Select the Apps item.
4. Check if your app is listed.

iOS

1. Unlock your iOS device.
2. Open the Settings app.
3. Select the Apps item.
4. Check if your app is listed.

If your app is listed on your device, but not in Abra Desktop, please create a support ticket.
