Touch target size

This rule checks if touch targets have a minimum size of 48x48 density-independent pixels (dp).

Users might have difficulty interacting with smaller sized targets.

Note: touch targets extend beyond the visual bounds of an element. An icon may appear to be 24x24 dp but with surrounding padding the touch target can extend to 48x48 dp.
