  • Restructure VendorResource and RuleResource API calls.
  • Remove Vendor and Rule enums in favor of the resource variants.
  • Add TagResource, used to describes tags of rules.
  • Add Slug protocol, used for external identifiers.
  • Add external links to VendorResource, RuleResource and TagResource.
